Born from a moment of realisation. Built for lasting change
Over two decades ago, a conversation between a mother and daughter sparked the beginning of RedSky.
The daughter, new to the workforce and full of ambition, quickly encountered the same challenges her mother had faced years earlier—poor leadership, unconscious bias and a lack of meaningful support. That moment became a catalyst.
With years of experience in leadership development and a Master’s in Strategic and Leadership Thinking, RedSky’s founder was driven to do more than observe — she was determined to lead change.
RedSky was created to challenge outdated systems and empower individuals at every level to lead with confidence, grow with purpose and show up as their best selves every day
