MS Amlin, a leading global insurance company, partnered with RedSky to design a bespoke leadership development programme focused on enhancing leadership skills, enhancing collaboration and embedding behaviours that drive high performance.
The challenge
MS Amlin recognised that siloed ways of working, inconsistent leadership behaviours and a lack of cross-functional collaboration were limiting innovation and growth.
A new, unified leadership approach was needed. One that would empower leaders to collaborate, communicate clearly and lead with confidence.
